Shane was exceptional at clearly explaining the process, advising me what to look for, & asking the right questions. When I finally made my decision, I joked that I was still anxious - just because that's who I am, second guessing myself. He didn't miss a beat & immediately asked, "What specifically are you concerned about?" He didn't let me ignore my hesitation.
